Apple M3 Ultra GPU (80-core)

512 GB LPDDR5-6400 · 1024-bit · 10,240 cores

This is the full 80-core GPU of the Apple M3 Ultra, which joins two M3 Max dies through Apple's UltraFusion interconnect so that software sees them as a single GPU. It was introduced in the Mac Studio in March 2025, with up to 512 GB of unified memory and 819 GB/s of bandwidth. A 60-core version was also offered.
