Apple M5 Pro GPU (20-core)

64 GB LPDDR5X · 2,560 cores

The M5 Pro GPU is the integrated graphics of Apple's M5 Pro system-on-chip, announced on March 3, 2026 for the 14-inch and 16-inch MacBook Pro. The chip uses Apple's Fusion Architecture, which joins two third-generation 3 nm dies into a single SoC. Each GPU core includes a Neural Accelerator for AI workloads, and Apple quotes up to 20 percent higher graphics performance than the M4 Pro, rising to 35 percent in apps that use ray tracing. The M5 Pro is offered with 16-core and 20-core GPU configurations, and the 20-core version supports up to 64 GB of unified memory.
