AMD Radeon Pro V620

32 GB GDDR6 · 256-bit · 4,608 cores

A passively cooled data center card aimed at cloud gaming and high-density virtual desktops, and the GPU behind Azure NGads V620 instances. Built on the full 72-compute-unit Navi 21 die with hardware ray tracing, it pairs 32 GB of ECC-protected GDDR6 on a 256-bit bus with 128 MB of Infinity Cache, reaching 512 GB/s of memory bandwidth. It runs to a 2.2 GHz peak engine clock within a 300 W board power drawn from two 8-pin connectors.
