AMD Instinct MI350X
288 GB HBM3E · 8192-bit · 16,384 cores
64 GB HBM2e · 4096-bit · 6,656 cores
The AMD Instinct MI210 brings the CDNA 2 architecture of the MI250 series onto a standard PCI Express card, putting Exascale-class double-precision hardware within reach of single-server HPC, research and academic deployments. A single graphics compute die provides 104 compute units and 6,656 stream processors, and its Matrix Cores run FP64 matrix operations at full rate for 45.3 TFLOPS alongside 181 TFLOPS of FP16, bfloat16, INT8 and INT4 throughput for AI work. 64 GB of HBM2E on a 4,096-bit interface supplies 1.6 TB/s of bandwidth with full-chip ECC. Three Infinity Fabric links at 100 GB/s each connect neighbouring cards for peer-to-peer transfers, and the passively cooled double-slot board fits a 300 W envelope. The card is supported by the open AMD ROCm software stack.
Datacenter gpus from AMD announced around the same time as the AMD Instinct MI210. Add any of them to your compare list to see the specs side by side.
