AMD Radeon Graphics (Raphael/Granite Ridge, 2 CU)

128 cores

This small RDNA 2 integrated GPU is built into the 6 nm I/O die of AMD's Ryzen 7000 (Raphael) and Ryzen 9000 (Granite Ridge) desktop processors for the AM5 socket. With two compute units it is intended for display output, media playback and troubleshooting rather than gaming, allowing an AM5 system to run without a graphics card. It is disabled on F-suffix models, and the same design appears in Ryzen 7045 HX laptop processors as Radeon 610M.
