AMD Radeon 760M

512 cores

The Radeon 760M is AMD's mid-tier RDNA 3 integrated GPU with eight compute units, twice as many as the Radeon 740M. It ships in the Phoenix and Hawk Point APU dies alongside Zen 4 CPU cores: first in Ryzen 5 laptop chips such as the 7640HS and 7640U from spring 2023 at up to 2600 MHz, then in their Hawk Point successors (8640U, 8640HS, 8645HS), the Ryzen 5 240 and 230, the Ryzen 7 165 of the Ryzen 100 Series, and the desktop Ryzen 5 8600G and 8600GE, where it reaches 2800 MHz. It shares system memory rather than using dedicated VRAM.

Notes
RDNA 3 WMMA instructions accelerate FP16, BF16, INT8 and INT4 matrix operations in the shader cores. AMD does not publish a TOPS figure for the Radeon 760M, and the XDNA NPU in Hawk Point host APUs is a separate block.
