AMD Steam Deck GPU

128-bit · 512 cores

The Steam Deck GPU is the graphics block of the custom Van Gogh-family APU, codenamed Aerith, that AMD built for Valve's original Steam Deck handheld, released in February 2022. Eight RDNA 2 compute units running at up to 1.6 GHz deliver up to 1.6 TFLOPS, and the whole APU is designed to operate within a 15 W power budget. It shares 16 GB of LPDDR5-5500 memory with the CPU over a quad 32-bit interface.
