AMD Steam Deck OLED GPU

128-bit · 512 cores

Sephiroth is the 6 nm refresh of the Steam Deck APU that Valve shipped in the Steam Deck OLED, announced on 9 November 2023 and released a week later. The graphics block is unchanged at eight RDNA 2 compute units running at up to 1.6 GHz, so the handheld renders at the same speed as the original; the gains come from the smaller process and faster 6400 MT/s memory, which improve efficiency and battery life.
