Intel Core U1300

1C/1T · 6 W

The Intel Core Solo U1300 is an ultra-low-voltage (ULV) mobile processor from Intel's original Core Solo family, launched on April 19, 2006 at the Intel Developer Forum in Beijing. Built on the Yonah microarchitecture and Intel's 65 nm process, it is a single-core, single-thread chip running at 1.06 GHz with a 533 MHz front-side bus and 2 MB of L2 cache, packaged in a PBGA479 socket with a 6 W thermal design power. Yonah predates Intel 64, so the U1300 supports only 32-bit operating systems. It launched at $241 and was aimed at thin, fanless, battery-conscious subnotebooks of the mid-2000s.
