Apple A13 Bionic

6C/6T · 2.6 GHz

The Apple A13 Bionic was introduced on September 10, 2019 with the iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone 11 Pro Max. Built on TSMC's enhanced 7 nm N7P process with 8.5 billion transistors, it pairs two Lightning performance cores at up to 2.65 GHz with four Thunder efficiency cores, and adds AMX matrix-multiplication blocks to the performance cores alongside an 8-core Neural Engine. The chip was later used in the iPhone SE (2nd generation), the iPad (9th generation) and the Apple Studio Display.
