AMD Ryzen Embedded 7645

6C/12T · 5.1 GHz · 65 W

Entry six-core, 65 W model of the Ryzen Embedded 7000 Series, the 5 nm Zen 4 line AMD introduced in November 2023 for industrial PCs, machine vision, robotics and video surveillance. Its lower power level suits compact industrial systems with tighter thermal budgets, while integrated RDNA 2 graphics with up to four display outputs, ECC DDR5 memory and the Microsoft Pluton security processor remove the need for extra components. AMD plans seven years of manufacturing availability.

Notes
AMD lists Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows Server 2022 and Ubuntu Linux for the Ryzen Embedded 7000 Series. Microsoft's Windows 11 25H2 supported-processor list includes the Ryzen 7000 Series, which uses the same Raphael silicon, and 24H2, 25H2 and 26H2 share the same hardware requirements. Mainline Linux supports Zen 4, so distributions such as Fedora and Arch Linux also run on it.
