AMD Ryzen Embedded 8645HS

6C/12T · 5.0 GHz · 35 W

Six-core, higher-power model of the Ryzen Embedded 8000 Series, AMD's April 2024 line of industrial processors with an integrated XDNA NPU. Its 35-54 W range allows the highest base clock in the family, suiting industrial PCs, machine vision and robotics controllers with active cooling. CPU, GPU and NPU together reach up to 39 TOPS for on-device AI, and the BGA package supports ECC DDR5, up to four 4K displays and up to 10 years of planned availability.

Notes
AMD states that the Ryzen Embedded 8000 Series supports Windows, and its AI software stack targets Windows. Microsoft's Windows 11 25H2 supported-processor list covers the Ryzen 8000 Series, which uses the same Hawk Point silicon, and 24H2, 25H2 and 26H2 share the same hardware requirements. AMD does not publish Windows 10 or Linux support for these embedded parts.
