AMD Ryzen AI Embedded P164i

8C/16T · 5.0 GHz · 28 W

Industrial-temperature version of the eight-core Ryzen AI Embedded P164, rated for a -40 to 105 °C junction range and 24/7 operation in factory, robotics and outdoor deployments. It keeps the 12-CU RDNA 3.5 GPU with ROCm support, the 50 TOPS XDNA 2 NPU, 16 lanes of PCIe 4.0 and two USB4 ports, with memory support capped at LPDDR5X-8000 rather than the commercial part's 8533 MT/s.

Notes
AMD positions the P100 Series around a Xen-based software stack running Yocto or Ubuntu Linux alongside FreeRTOS, with Windows as an optional guest environment. The Ryzen AI Embedded P100 Series does not appear on Microsoft's Windows 11 24H2 or 25H2 supported-processor lists, and AMD publishes no Windows 10 support for it.
