AMD Ryzen AI Embedded P164

8C/16T · 5.0 GHz · 28 W

Eight-core entry point of the higher-performance Ryzen AI Embedded P100 models that AMD added in March 2026 for industrial PCs, robotics, machine vision and medical imaging. Alongside its Zen 5 cores it carries a larger 12-CU RDNA 3.5 GPU and a 50 TOPS XDNA 2 NPU, and AMD supports its integrated graphics for ROCm-based AI workloads. It offers 16 lanes of PCIe 4.0, two USB4 ports and up to four displays in a BGA package, with a 0 to 105 °C junction range for this commercial version. Production shipments were planned for July 2026.

Notes
AMD positions the P100 Series around a Xen-based software stack running Yocto or Ubuntu Linux alongside FreeRTOS, with Windows as an optional guest environment. The Ryzen AI Embedded P100 Series does not appear on Microsoft's Windows 11 24H2 or 25H2 supported-processor lists, and AMD publishes no Windows 10 support for it.
