The MediaTek Helio P22 (MT6762) was announced in May 2018 as the first mid-range MediaTek chip built on TSMC's 12 nm FinFET process. It has eight Arm Cortex-A53 cores at up to 2.0 GHz and a PowerVR GE8320 GPU at 650 MHz, supports NeuroPilot edge AI, 13 MP + 8 MP dual cameras or a single 21 MP camera and 20:9 HD+ displays, and integrates an LTE modem with dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 5 and Bluetooth 5.0.
