The Intel Core Ultra 7 Processor 265T is a 20-core Arrow Lake processor from Intel's Core Ultra Series 2 lineup, launched in the first quarter of 2025 for the Desktop segment. Its 8 Performance-cores and 12 Efficiency-cores (no Hyper-Threading) handle 20 threads, with P-cores running at a 1.50 GHz base clock and Turbo Boost reaching 5.30 GHz, backed by 30 MB of Intel Smart Cache and 36 MB of L2 cache within a 35 W base power envelope (up to 112 W turbo). Manufactured on TSMC's N3B process in the FCLGA1851 package, it integrates an Intel Graphics GPU clocked up to 1.95 GHz alongside dual-channel DDR5-6400 memory supporting up to 256 GB, with ECC memory support. An integrated Intel AI Boost NPU delivers 13 TOPS of dedicated AI acceleration. It supports AVX2, SSE4.2 and AES-NI, but does not implement AVX-512. As a low-power T-series variant of the Core Ultra 7 265, it targets quiet, energy-efficient small-form-factor desktops and thin clients needing strong 20-core hybrid performance.
