Intel Xeon 634

12C/24T · 4.6 GHz · 150 W

The Xeon 634 is the entry model of Intel's Xeon 600 workstation processors (Granite Rapids-WS), launched on February 2, 2026 with retail availability from late March 2026. Its 12 Redwood Cove performance cores are built on the Intel 3 process and paired with the W890 chipset. As one of the three lower-tier models it uses four DDR5 memory channels and 80 PCIe 5.0 lanes instead of the full eight channels and 128 lanes, giving an affordable way into the platform while keeping ECC memory, AVX-512 and AMX.
