Intel Core i5-3570

4C/4T · 3.8 GHz · 77 W

The Intel Core i5-3570 is a quad-core desktop processor from the 3rd Generation Intel Core family, built on the 22 nm Ivy Bridge microarchitecture and launched in Q2 2012. It offers four cores and four threads (no Hyper-Threading) at a 3.4 GHz base frequency with up to 3.8 GHz via Turbo Boost 2.0, backed by 1 MB of L2 cache and 6 MB of Intel Smart Cache, within a 77 W TDP on the LGA 1155 (FCLGA1155) socket. Integrated Intel HD Graphics 2500 runs from 650 MHz up to 1.15 GHz and drives up to three displays. The dual-channel memory controller supports DDR3-1333 and DDR3-1600 up to 32 GB without ECC, and the CPU provides 16 lanes of PCI Express 3.0. The multiplier is locked, so overclocking headroom is limited compared with the i5-3570K.
