Apple M2 Ultra

24C/24T · 3.5 GHz

The M2 Ultra completed Apple's M2 generation and brought Apple silicon to the Mac Pro, finishing the Mac transition away from Intel. Apple builds it by joining two M2 Max dies with its UltraFusion packaging, a silicon interposer that carries more than 10,000 signals at over 2.5 TB/s so that software sees a single chip. The result holds 134 billion transistors and 800 GB/s of memory bandwidth, and it shipped only in the 2023 Mac Studio and Mac Pro.
