Apple M1 Ultra

20C/20T · 3.2 GHz

The M1 Ultra joins two M1 Max dies with Apple's UltraFusion interconnect, which passes 2.5 TB/s between the dies so that software sees a single chip. Announced in March 2022, it was used only in the first Mac Studio and doubled every resource of the M1 Max, for a total of 114 billion transistors. It was offered with a 48-core or 64-core GPU.
