NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q

256-bit · 2,944 cores

The GeForce RTX 2080 Max-Q is the flagship Turing mobile GPU for thin-and-light gaming laptops, launched on January 29, 2019. It uses the same TU104 chip and full 2,944 CUDA cores as the standard laptop RTX 2080, but runs at lower voltages and clocks to fit an 80 W power budget. It brings real-time ray tracing and DLSS to thin notebooks.

Notes
Turing Tensor Cores support FP16, INT8 and INT4; BF16 and TF32 were introduced with Ampere. Clock speeds are the Max-Q reference values - NVIDIA allows notebook makers to configure Max-Q designs within a range, so shipping clocks vary by laptop.
