Intel Iris Graphics 540

128-bit · 384 cores

Intel Iris Graphics 540 is the GT3e integrated GPU of 6th Gen Core (Skylake) U-series processors, pairing 48 execution units with 64 MB of on-package eDRAM. It appears in 15 W chips such as the Core i5-6260U, i5-6360U, i7-6560U, i7-6650U and i7-6660U, used in premium thin-and-light laptops and 2-in-1s including the Core i7 Surface Pro 4, and is clearly faster than the more common HD Graphics 520.
