Apple A6X GPU (PowerVR SGX554MP4)

1 GB LPDDR2-1066 · 128-bit

The A6X GPU is the quad-core PowerVR SGX554MP4 in Apple's A6X chip, used only in the fourth-generation iPad released in November 2012. Running at about 300 MHz, it drove the iPad's Retina display and was the last PowerVR SGX-series GPU Apple used before moving to Series6 with the A7. It shares 1 GB of LPDDR2-1066 memory over a 128-bit interface for about 17 GB/s of bandwidth.
