AMD Radeon RX 6850M XT

192-bit · 2,560 cores

The Radeon RX 6850M XT was announced at CES on January 4, 2022 as AMD's fastest RDNA 2 laptop GPU, replacing the RX 6800M at the top of the range. It uses the full Navi 22 chip with 96 MB of Infinity Cache and pairs a 2,463 MHz game clock with faster 18 Gbps GDDR6 memory, which AMD said made it about 7 percent faster in games on average than the RX 6800M. It was aimed at large AMD Advantage gaming laptops such as the Alienware m17 R5.
