AMD FirePro S7150 x2

16 GB GDDR5 · 256-bit · 3,584 cores

A dual-GPU server card built for graphics virtualisation, carrying two Tonga GPUs with 8 GB of GDDR5 on a 256-bit bus each (160 GB/s per GPU). It was one of the first products to ship with AMD Multiuser GPU (MxGPU), a hardware virtualisation implementation based on the PCI Express SR-IOV standard that partitions each GPU into isolated virtual functions with hardware-enforced memory isolation and hardware-scheduled quality of service, supporting up to 32 concurrent users per card with no per-user licensing fee. The passively cooled, dual-slot board carries no display outputs and targets VDI and virtual workstation deployments in OEM servers.

Notes
No AI-specific hardware. GCN 3 predates packed FP16, BF16 and integer dot-product (INT8/INT4) instructions, so machine-learning work runs at plain FP32 rates (about 7.5 TFLOPS per card). FP64 runs at 1/16 of the FP32 rate, roughly 0.24 TFLOPS per GPU and 0.47 TFLOPS per card.
