Samsung Exynos 1330

8C/8T · 2.4 GHz

The Samsung Exynos 1330 is an entry-level 5G smartphone chip introduced in early 2023 with the Galaxy A14 5G, and later used in models such as the Galaxy M14 5G and Galaxy A17 5G. Built on a 5 nm EUV process, it pairs two Arm Cortex-A78 cores with six Cortex-A55 cores and a two-core Arm Mali-G68 GPU. It has no dedicated NPU, relying on a vision image processing unit instead, and its integrated sub-6 GHz 5G modem reaches download speeds of up to 2.55 Gbps. Cameras of up to 108 MP and 4K30 video are supported.
