Rockchip RV1103

1C/1T · 1.2 GHz

Entry-level AI camera processor that integrates 64 MB (512 Mb) of DDR2 memory in the package, so a complete camera system needs only the SoC and flash storage. A single Cortex-A7 core runs alongside a RISC-V microcontroller and a 0.5 TOPS NPU supporting INT4, INT8 and INT16, with a 4-megapixel ISP 3.x offering two-frame HDR and H.264 and H.265 encoding up to 2560x1440 at 25 fps. It is the processor behind low-cost boards such as the Luckfox Pico series.
