NVIDIA Tegra X1+ (T214)

4C/4T

A 16 nm die shrink of the Tegra X1, introduced in 2019 with better power efficiency and a higher GPU clock. It powers the revised Nintendo Switch (2019), the Switch Lite and the Switch OLED model, as well as the 2019 Shield TV, and it closed the boot ROM vulnerability that allowed homebrew software on early Switch units.
