NVIDIA T239 (Nintendo Switch 2 SoC)

8C/8T

The T239 is the custom NVIDIA processor designed for the Nintendo Switch 2, which launched in June 2025. Derived from NVIDIA's Orin family, it pairs eight Cortex-A78C cores with a 12-SM Ampere GPU whose RT cores handle ray tracing and Tensor cores run DLSS upscaling, and it is used with 12 GB of LPDDR5X memory. In games the GPU runs at about 1007 MHz docked and 561 MHz in handheld mode, while the CPU runs at 998 MHz docked and 1101 MHz handheld.
