MediaTek Helio P65

8C/8T · 2.0 GHz

The MediaTek Helio P65 (MT6768) was announced in June 2019 as a 12 nm chip for mid-range smartphones, with devices from July 2019. It pairs two Arm Cortex-A75 cores at up to 2.0 GHz with six Cortex-A55 cores at 1.7 GHz and uses a Mali-G52 MC2 GPU that MediaTek rated about 25 percent faster than the previous generation. AI performance is doubled over its predecessor, and it supports a single 48 MP camera or 16 MP + 16 MP dual cameras, 2520 x 1080 displays and dual 4G VoLTE.
