MediaTek Dimensity Auto Cockpit C-X1

The Dimensity Auto Cockpit C-X1 is the flagship of MediaTek's Dimensity Auto Cockpit family, which was first announced with NVIDIA at GTC in March 2024. MediaTek launched it at Auto Shanghai in April 2025 as a 3 nm platform that pairs Armv9.2-A CPU cores with an NVIDIA Blackwell GPU and a deep-learning accelerator. The GPU brings RTX ray tracing and DLSS to in-car graphics at up to 4K 60 fps, and the platform supports the CUDA ecosystem for running large language models in the car.

Notes
An automotive cockpit platform, not a PC processor. MediaTek supports NVIDIA DRIVE OS on the Dimensity Auto Cockpit family, and hardware virtualization lets several operating systems run side by side. Windows, macOS, ChromeOS and desktop Linux distributions are not supported.
