MediaTek Dimensity 9300

8C/8T · 3.3 GHz

The MediaTek Dimensity 9300 is a flagship 5G smartphone chip announced in November 2023 that introduced MediaTek's All Big Core design, which drops efficiency cores entirely. Built on TSMC's third-generation 4 nm process, it combines four Arm Cortex-X4 cores, one at 3.25 GHz and three at 2.85 GHz, with four Cortex-A720 cores at 2.0 GHz and 18 MB of combined L3 and system cache. A 12-core Arm Immortalis-G720 GPU, LPDDR5T-9600 memory support and the MediaTek NPU 790, able to run large language models of up to 33 billion parameters on device, complete the platform.
