Audio-focused member of MediaTek's AIoT i300 platform, designed for cloud-connected voice-assistant devices, Google Cast for Audio speakers and products tuned with MediaTek PowerAQ. Its quad-core Cortex-A35 runs at a lower clock than the i300A, and the chip integrates 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 4 and Bluetooth 4.0 with on-chip RF. Audio interfaces include two I2S ports, up to 8-channel TDM, PDM microphone input and built-in DAC and ADC channels, while the PowerAQ tool lets designers tune the audio signal chain without an external DSP.
