MediaTek Genio 130

1C/1T

Single-chip IoT platform that MediaTek announced on November 18, 2021 as the Filogic 130 and later placed in its Genio family. It combines an Arm Cortex-M33 microcontroller, an AI engine, 1T1R dual-band Wi-Fi 6 with target wake time and WPA3, Bluetooth 5.2 and a power-management unit with an integrated front-end module, in a package small enough for compact, energy-efficient smart-home devices. Secure boot and hardware crypto engines are built in; the related Genio 130A adds a HiFi 4 audio DSP for far-field voice control.
