Intel Xeon D-2141I

8C/16T · 3.0 GHz · 65 W

The Xeon D-2141I is a system-on-chip server processor from Intel's Xeon D-2100 (Skylake-D) family, launched in the first quarter of 2018 for space- and power-constrained edge, network, and storage appliances. It integrates 8 cores and 16 threads running at a 2.2 GHz base frequency with turbo speeds up to 3.0 GHz, along with 11MB of cache and a 65W TDP, all built on Intel's 14nm process in a compact single-socket FCBGA2518 package. Support for up to 512GB of DDR4-2133 memory across four channels and 32 lanes of PCIe 3.0 connectivity make it well suited to compact edge servers and communications infrastructure.
