Intel Processor N200

4C/4T · 3.7 GHz · 6 W

The Intel Processor N200 is a quad-core, entry-level processor from Intel's Alder Lake-N family, launched in the first quarter of 2023 for budget laptops, mini PCs and thin clients. Built entirely from efficiency cores, it runs 4 threads (no Hyper-Threading) at up to 3.70 GHz, backed by 6 MB of Intel Smart Cache, within a 6 W thermal envelope. Manufactured on the Intel 7 process in an FCBGA1264 package, it integrates Intel UHD Graphics (32 execution units, up to 750 MHz) and supports single-channel DDR4-3200, DDR5-4800 or LPDDR5-4800 memory up to 16 GB. As the step-up sibling of the N100, it pairs the same efficiency-core CPU with a larger graphics configuration for slightly better multimedia and light-gaming performance.
