Intel Core i7-1355U Processor

10C/12T · 5.0 GHz · 15 W

The Core i7-1355U is a 15 W ultraportable processor from Intel's 13th generation Raptor Lake-U line, introduced at CES 2023. Its hybrid layout leans heavily on efficiency cores, pairing just two performance cores with eight efficiency cores, a split chosen for thin-and-light laptops where responsiveness and battery life matter more than sustained all-core throughput. Turbo behaviour does most of the work here: the part idles inside a 15 W envelope but can pull up to 55 W in short bursts, so measured performance depends heavily on the cooling design of the laptop it ships in.

Notes
Microsoft lists 13th Gen Intel Core processors as supported for Windows 11 24H2 and 25H2, and Windows 10 is supported as well. Microsoft has not published a separate processor list for Windows 11 26H2, so the 25H2 status is carried over. Mainstream Linux distributions and ChromeOS Flex are supported.
