Intel Core i3-4020Y

2C/4T · 12 W

The Intel Core i3-4020Y is a dual-core, four-thread ultra-low-power processor from Intel's 4th Generation (Haswell) family, launched in the third quarter of 2013 for thin, fanless laptops and 2-in-1 devices. It runs at a fixed 1.50 GHz with no Turbo Boost, backed by 3MB of Intel Smart Cache, and fits within an 11.5W thermal design power thanks to its compact FCBGA1168 package. It supports dual-channel DDR3L-1333/1600 or LPDDR3-1333/1600 memory up to 16GB over 12 lanes of PCIe 2.0, and integrates Intel HD Graphics 4200, clocked up to 850 MHz, for everyday computing, video playback and light productivity tasks on battery-conscious mobile systems.
