Apple A19

6C/6T · 4.3 GHz

Apple A19 is the standard-tier SoC of Apple's 2025 iPhone generation, fabricated on the TSMC third-generation 3 nm N3P process under the codename Tilos. It pairs two performance cores running at up to 4.26 GHz with four efficiency cores at up to 2.60 GHz, and adds a 5-core GPU that places a Neural Accelerator in every core. A 16-core Neural Engine delivers 35 TOPS, and 8 GB of LPDDR5X-8533 unified memory supplies 68.3 GB/s of bandwidth. It powers the iPhone 17, the iPhone 17e (which uses a 4-core GPU) and the second-generation Apple Studio Display.
