AMD EPYC Embedded 755P

32C/64T · 3.0 GHz · 180 W

Embedded counterpart of the 32-core EPYC 7551P and the top model of AMD's EPYC Embedded 7001 Series, based on the first-generation EPYC (Naples) design. It shares the server chip's specifications, with four Zen dies in one SP3 package providing eight DDR4 memory channels and 128 PCIe 3.0 lanes for a single socket, while AMD offers it with longer availability for networking, storage and edge systems.

Notes
The EPYC Embedded 7001 Series is not on Microsoft's Windows 11 24H2 or 25H2 supported-processor lists, and Windows 11 26H2 keeps the same hardware requirements. As a standard x86-64 processor it meets the Windows 10 requirements. Mainline Linux supports Zen-based EPYC processors, so mainstream distributions such as Ubuntu, Fedora and Arch run on it.
