NVIDIA RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell Generation Laptop GPU

256-bit · 7,680 cores

The NVIDIA RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell Laptop GPU is a high-end mobile workstation GPU from the RTX PRO Blackwell family announced at GTC in March 2025, sitting below only the RTX PRO 5000 in the laptop line-up. It provides 7,680 CUDA cores with fifth-generation Tensor cores and fourth-generation RT cores, and 16 GB of ECC GDDR7 on a 256-bit bus for 896 GB/s of bandwidth, across an 80-175 W configurable power range. It is built for large CAD assemblies, ray-traced production rendering and on-device generative AI in full-size mobile workstations.

Notes
NVIDIA rates the RTX PRO 4000 Blackwell Laptop GPU at 1,334 AI TOPS. Its 5th Gen Tensor Cores add FP4 precision on top of FP8, FP16, BF16, TF32 and INT8, and 16 GB of ECC GDDR7 on a 256-bit bus keeps large local models and datasets in memory. Clocks follow the OEM-configured 80-175 W power range, so NVIDIA publishes no single boost clock.
