NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada Generation Laptop GPU

64-bit · 2,048 cores

The NVIDIA RTX 500 Ada Generation Laptop GPU is the entry model of NVIDIA's Ada Lovelace professional laptop line-up, announced in February 2024 for thin and light mobile workstations. It combines 2,048 CUDA cores, 16 third-generation RT cores and 64 fourth-generation Tensor cores on the AD107 chip with 4 GB of GDDR6 on a 64-bit bus, and laptop makers can configure it between 35 W and 60 W. It is aimed at compact machines used for CAD review, photo and video editing and on-device AI assistants rather than heavy rendering work.

Notes
NVIDIA rates the RTX 500 Ada Generation Laptop GPU at 154 AI TOPS. Its 4th Gen Tensor Cores add FP8 alongside FP16, BF16, TF32, INT8 and INT4, and the on-board engine lets thin laptops run generative AI assistants and DLSS 3 locally. Clocks follow the OEM-configured 35-60 W power range, so NVIDIA publishes no single boost clock.
