NVIDIA H800 PCIe 80GB

80 GB HBM2e · 5120-bit · 14,592 cores

The NVIDIA H800 PCIe 80GB is a data center accelerator built on the same Hopper GH100 silicon as the H100 PCIe, introduced in 2023 as a version for the Chinese market. It keeps the H100 PCIe's AI throughput, 80 GB of HBM2e memory with 2 TB/s of bandwidth and the Transformer Engine, but NVLink between two cards is limited to 400 GB/s and FP64 performance is reduced to 0.8 TFLOPS. The passively cooled, dual-slot card draws up to 350 W.

Notes
Fourth-generation Tensor Cores with the Transformer Engine deliver the same AI throughput as the H100 PCIe: 3,026 TFLOPS FP8, 1,513 TFLOPS BF16/FP16 and 756 TFLOPS TF32 with sparsity. Double-precision performance is cut to 0.8 TFLOPS for both FP64 and FP64 Tensor Core. INT4 is not supported on Hopper. Multi-Instance GPU partitions the board into up to seven isolated instances.
