NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU

6 GB GDDR6 · 192-bit · 3,840 cores

Mainstream Ampere laptop GPU announced by NVIDIA at CES in January 2021. It uses the GA106 chip with 3,840 CUDA cores, 120 third-generation Tensor Cores and 30 second-generation RT Cores, and 6 GB of 14 Gbps GDDR6 on a 192-bit bus for 336 GB/s. Notebook makers set its power between 60 W and 115 W, so boost clocks range from about 1,283 MHz to 1,703 MHz and performance varies noticeably between laptops. It became one of the most common GPUs in mid-range gaming laptops.
