NVIDIA CMP 50HX

10 GB GDDR6 · 320-bit · 3,584 cores

The CMP 50HX is a dedicated cryptocurrency-mining processor from NVIDIA, announced in February 2021 as part of the CMP HX lineup and shipped from the second quarter of 2021. It uses a cut-down Turing TU102 chip with 3,584 CUDA cores and 10 GB of GDDR6 on a 320-bit bus, and NVIDIA rated it at 45 MH/s in Ethereum mining at 250 W. The card has no display outputs and is limited to a PCI Express 1.0 x4 link, which makes it unsuitable for gaming or general graphics work.

Notes
Turing architecture with Tensor Cores and RT Cores present in the TU102 die but not the focus of this GPU, which NVIDIA tuned purely for CUDA-based mining hash rate rather than graphics or AI acceleration.
