Intel Graphics 80EU (Core Series 1, Raptor Lake-U Refresh)

128-bit · 640 cores

80-EU Xe-LP integrated GPU of the Core 5 120U, a mid-range model of Intel's Core Series 1 laptop processors, which refresh the Raptor Lake-U design on the Intel 7 process. Intel lists the 120U as launched in the first quarter of 2024 with the GPU running at up to 1,300 MHz, and the lower-power Core 5 120UL, added in the second quarter, at up to 1,250 MHz. The same 80-EU configuration returned at up to 1,300 MHz in the Core 5 220U of the Core Series 2 in 2025. Marketed simply as Intel Graphics, it drives up to four displays.
