Intel Arc B390 Graphics

128-bit · 1,536 cores

Top integrated GPU of Intel's Panther Lake (Core Ultra Series 3) laptop processors, introduced at CES in January 2026. Its 12 Xe3-cores run at up to 2.5 GHz in the X-branded Core Ultra X9 388H and 378H and Core Ultra X7 368H and 358H, which pair it with LPDDR5X-9600 memory. The graphics tile is made by TSMC on the N3E process and joined to the Intel 18A compute tile with Foveros packaging. A lower-clocked version is used in the Arc G3 Extreme handheld processor released on May 28, 2026.
