Notes
RDNA 3 adds 140 AI Accelerators, two per compute unit, that execute WMMA matrix instructions for FP16, BF16, INT8 and INT4. AMD rates the card at 90.4 TFLOPS FP16 matrix, 90.4 INT8 TOPS and 181 INT4 TOPS, against 45.2 TFLOPS of peak FP32. There is no FP8 or TF32 path, and FP64 runs at a reduced rate.
