AMD Radeon Pro Vega 64X

16 GB HBM2 · 2048-bit · 4,096 cores

The Radeon Pro Vega 64X is the fastest graphics option for Apple's iMac Pro, added as a build-to-order configuration on March 19, 2019. It uses the full Vega 10 chip with 64 compute units and 16 GB of HBM2, but runs at higher clocks than the original Radeon Pro Vega 64 option. It is mounted on the iMac Pro's logic board rather than sold as a standalone card, and supports Metal 3 under macOS Ventura and later.
