AMD Radeon 620

4 GB GDDR5 · 64-bit · 384 cores

An entry-level discrete laptop GPU from AMD's OEM-only Radeon 600 series, which rebadged existing Polaris-era parts rather than introducing new silicon. Despite the Polaris 24 marketing name the die is the older GCN 3 design also sold as Iceland or Topaz. OEMs shipped the same badge with slower DDR3 memory and in a cut-down 320-shader configuration, so notebooks carrying the Radeon 620 name are not all equivalent.
